Pancham lets you separate audio you provide into tracks and mix them. You may use it only for content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for respecting the copyright of any music you process.
You keep all rights to the audio you upload and the mixes you create. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to process your file and return the result (see the Privacy Policy).
Separations are paid for with credits bought as in-app purchases. Credits are a consumable digital good: they are consumed when you separate a song and are generally non-refundable except as required by the App Store / Google Play or by law. Refund requests go through Apple or Google.
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading of unlawful content.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. Audio separation is automated and imperfect; results vary by song. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
You can stop using Pancham and delete your account at any time (how to delete). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
