Delete your Pancham account & data

Effective September 15, 2026

You can permanently delete your Pancham account and the data associated with it in either of these ways:

In the app (fastest)

Open Pancham → tap your credits/account → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

By email

Email support@scopecreeplabs.com from the email address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We process these within about 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in association.
• Your credit balance and purchase/usage ledger.
• Your separation history and any audio still stored in our cloud.

We retain only a non-identifying audit record (an opaque account id, counts, and a timestamp) confirming that a deletion happened — no email, name, or content.

What this does not affect

• Songs, tracks, and recordings already saved on your device — delete those in the app, or remove the app, to clear them.
• Your Google or Apple account.
• Past purchases (credits already spent are not restored; unused credits are forfeited on deletion).
