Pancham splits a song into separate tracks (vocals, instruments, and more) and lets you mix, pitch, and record over them. This policy explains what data the app handles. We keep it minimal: no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and we never sell your data.
You sign in with Google or Apple, handled by Firebase Authentication. We store your account identifier and the email address associated with it, so we can save your credit balance and your separation history to your account. We never see or store your Google/Apple password.
When you separate a song, the audio file is uploaded to our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and processed on GPU servers (Modal) that split it into tracks. The resulting tracks are downloaded to your device, and the uploaded copies are deleted from our servers promptly after download — and in any case within about 48 hours. We do not keep your audio longer than needed to deliver the result, and we do not use it to train models.
Your mixes, section edits, pitch/tempo settings, any vocal takes you record, and the downloaded tracks are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to us unless you choose to back them up to your own iCloud/Google Drive via the app's Back up feature.
Credits are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple/Google — we never receive your card details. We store your credit balance and a ledger of credit grants and uses so the app works correctly.
If you record a vocal take, the app uses the microphone only while you are recording, and the recording is saved on your device as a track. It is not sent to us.
We rely on Google Firebase (authentication), Cloudflare (storage and our API), Modal (GPU audio processing), and Apple/Google (purchases). They process data only to provide these functions. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete account), or by emailing support@scopecreeplabs.com from your sign-in address. This permanently removes your account, credit balance, separation history, and any audio still held in our cloud. We keep only a non-identifying audit record (an opaque account id and counts) confirming a deletion occurred. See Delete your account & data.
Pancham is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our systems is restricted.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its effective date.
